A calm, supported transition into motherhood
Stepping into motherhood without the village shouldn't be the normal, I believe strongly that every woman deserves to feel honoured and held through the most transformative and important chapters of her life. With every new pregnancy, a new mother is also born, let's make space for her!

My approach is calm, practical, and deeply nurturing, rooted in real life and authentic support for you and your family. As a mum of five, I understand how unpredictable and full those early days can be, and during birth I offer steady, continuous support to help you feel safe, informed, and in control of your choices. I focus on guiding you without pressure or overwhelm, so you can move through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum feeling confident, capable, and truly held every step of the way.
How I help
Calm, Continuous Support
You’re supported every step of the way through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with a steady, reassuring presence. This matters because feeling safe and held can completely change how you experience birth and early motherhood. My approach brings calm into the unknown, so you feel grounded, supported, and never alone.
Real-Life Preparation
I help you prepare in a way that actually works for your life, your home, and your family—not an idealised version of postpartum. This matters because the early days can feel overwhelming without the right support in place. Together, we create simple, practical plans that make everything feel more manageable and less stressful.
Confidence Without Pressure
You’re given the information, guidance, and reassurance you need—without judgement, pressure, or rigid expectations. This matters because every birth and every family is different. My role is to help you trust yourself, feel confident in your choices, and move through this season in a way that feels right for you.

If you've ever found yourself feeling...
Like you wish you had more support
Scared of labour and unsure what to expect
Like you're meant to just "figure it all out!
Like you need to prepare for your recovery
Then you're in the right place.

MY JOURNEY INTO MOTHERHOOD AND MOTHERHOOD SUPPORT
Building the village I wish I had
I became a mum young, just after the traumatic loss of my twin girls, and stepped into motherhood with very little support or understanding of what birth, recovery, or life with a newborn would really look like. I tried so hard to do everything “right,” putting pressure on myself to be the perfect mum, but it left me completely burnt out. My second birth only added to that, feeling like something that was done to me rather than something I was part of. Those early years of motherhood felt lonely, overwhelming, and confusing—yet I told myself I should just feel grateful, even when it didn’t feel that way at all.
The Turning Point
When I had my third baby, everything shifted. For the first time, I felt empowered, capable, and deeply connected to my experience. It made me realise just how much the right support changes everything—you’re not meant to do this alone, and when you are, of course it feels so hard. I began to understand that it wasn’t me that was failing before—it was the lack of support around me.
The Now
Now, I believe wholeheartedly that a mother’s experience of pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period shapes the story she carries into motherhood. I’ve built a way of supporting women that is calm, real, and rooted in what actually matters—feeling held, informed, and never alone. I value honest, practical, and deeply nurturing care that meets you where you are, not where you feel you “should” be. Because when a mother feels supported and empowered, everything changes—not just for her, but for her whole family.
